Aluminum codes and grades JIS H 4040(extract)
Alloy code Standard grade code Reference (characteristics and application examples)
1050 A1050BD Low strength due to being pure aluminum, but heat and electrical conductivity are high and weldability and corrosion resistance are good.
5056 A5056W Good corrosion resistance, machinability, and suitability for anodic oxide treatment.
A5056BD
CB156 CB156-T8 Low load on environment due to being lead-free
(present at an impurity level of 10 ppm or less).
KS26 KS26-T8 Low load on environment due to being lead-free
(present at an impurity level of 300 ppm or less).

Note:Alumite treatment for corrosion resistance and screw seizure prevention.
Beware of corrosion (electrolytic corrosion) when using aluminum screws with other metals.
